Erik Siador . My work comes as a reflection from beneath. In my Illustrative work, I want to show that the CulpritResearchProject is a living and breathing "machine". An operating world that thrives off of being connected to the CulpritResearchProject. Within all the intricacies and detail i put into these Illustrative works, I make the work known that it's an entity that is alive and breathing through the medium.

In my Fine Art, I don't shy off of the connection to the CulpritResearchProject at all. With a sprinkle of opinion and emotion, my Fine Art shows my arguments, beliefs and disbeliefs of the world around us. I strongly put my mind on a platter when it comes to sharing my opinions about the situations around us. Unlike my Illustrative work which hides my messages beneath intricately tangled images, my Fine Art is blunt and clear as to what is going on in my mind about the subject.

I have learned much from both worlds of Illustration and Fine Art. Illustration is more of a vehicle in making intricate and unreal concepts come to life. And Fine Art is a place where you can go for expressing thoughts, beliefs and feelings about anything. Whether it's through Illustration or Fine Art, it is definitive that they both tie into one another sharing the concepts and beliefs through the CulpritResearchProject.
