07.30.04. The Take Over: The Canvas Gallery Opening night of "The Take Over": CulpritResearchProject, packed the house at The Canvas Gallery in the heart of the Sunset District in SF. Opening night was like no other at the venue. The full scale attack and exhibition of the gallery by C.R.P turned the place into a mad house full of the dark, tasteful and unusual art that the Canvas isn't known to exhibit. If you missed the chance to be there opening night, you can see pix from the show now on our events page. The exhibition at The Canvas Gallery will be up until September 14th. So go and check it out! 07.16.04. The CulpritResearchProject: 111 Minna Gallery The introductory exhibition of the CulpritResearchProject as a collaborative group was a huge success! Although it was only a one night event, the crowd at 111 Minna grew to 1000+ by midnight and turned the place into a jumpin party. The one night party showcased only an adequate amount of artwork from the CRP artists which made the crowd want to see more at the Canvas Gallery show held 2 weeks later. If you weren't there to witness the hecktic night, you have the chance to see pix of the crowds, the setup and all the beautiful people from the show!
